The 15th Annual Meeting of the Coalition to Protect Maryland Burial Sites has long concluded.

The Nominating Committee consisting of James Trader, Kristin L. Campbell, and Ann Horvath presented the slate of nominees for office. In a unanimous vote the new Board members were elected.

The recipients of the 2006 Periwinkle Awards were James Trader, Paul Miller, Audrey Bagby, Atwood Barwick, and Iona and Ronald Bradley.

Barbara Sieg spoke about “Rehabilitating an Historic Cemetery” and James Trader spoke about “Methods to Record Burial Sites”.

After lunch the group drove to West Ocean city to see the grave of Captain William Carhart.
