There are many ways that you can volunteer to help save our burial grounds.
Listed here are just a few opportunities:
- Join the Outreach Committee to respond to querries, visit cemeteries in need
- Serve on the Board of Directors
- Provide examples of endangered Maryland cemeteries
- Collect information on active adopt-a-cemetery programs and document activities which successfully address abandoned and neglected cemeteries
- Nominate deserving people and projects for Periwinkle Awards
- Serve on the Periwinkle Awards Committee
